Ulmatec Thermal Solutions announces contract with CEMRE SHIPYARD
Ulmatec Thermal Solutions has announced that one of its most recent and innovative contracts with CEMRE SHIPYARD in Turkey, for the delivery of our integrated central heating system (Ulmatec WEMS) for NB1094 – a Service Operation Vessel (SOV) for ESVAGT A/S.
Together with ESVAGT A/S, CEMRE SHIPYARD, Teknotherm and HAV Design AS, Ulmatec Thermal has brought energy efficiency to the next level for SOV’s!
The Ulmatec WEMS will recover waste heat from the engine’s cooling water and exhaust gas and automatically distribute heat to the vessel’s consumer systems. Seamless integration to the heating system will ensure comfort in the accommodation. Further, as heat can also be utilized to create cold through absorption chillers (COOL4SEA), the chilled water system is also integrated.
The complete solution will ensure significant fuel savings by reducing generator electric load and boiler operational time.
